Named in the Holy Quran among the delights of Paradise (Surah Ar-Rahman). The pomegranate tree withstands great heat, uses very little water and yields 35 to 55 kg of antioxidant-rich pomegranates a year.
This name will be engraved on the wooden plaque filmed in your video and shown on your official certificate.
“There is no Muslim who plants a tree or sows a seed from which a human, a bird or an animal eats, except that it is counted for him as charity (Sadaqa).”
— Reported by Al-Bukhari (2320) and Muslim (1553)
The pomegranate tree (Punica granatum L.) is an ancient tree with exceptional resistance to drought and salinity. Mentioned three times in the Quran, it is admired for its ruby fruit bursting with juicy arils. Medically, the pomegranate is one of the fruits densest in punicalagins and punicic acid, two rare antioxidants that protect cardiovascular and cellular health. For farmers in semi-arid regions it is a providential tree: it fears neither light frost nor extreme heat of 45°C.
Blessed fruit of the heavenly Gardens, named in Surah Ar-Rahman.
Record polyphenol content, good for blood circulation and longevity.
Withstands summer temperatures above 45°C with minimal water consumption.
Pomegranates and their cold-pressed juice bring stable income to rural women.
