This name will be engraved on the wooden plaque filmed in your video and shown on your official certificate.
“There is no Muslim who plants a tree or sows a seed from which a human, a bird or an animal eats, except that it is counted for him as charity (Sadaqa).”
— Reported by Al-Bukhari (2320) and Muslim (1553)
The date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) is the most revered tree of Islamic spiritual tradition and one of the richest in virtues. Called a blessed tree, it can live 100 to 150 years while producing dates of high energy value. In oasis areas threatened by advancing Saharan sands, every palm planted is a physical barrier against desertification and creates the upper storey of shade beneath which food crops (broad beans, mint, cereals) thrive.
