عُمْرَةُ بَدَلٍ
Omra Badal is an Omra performed by one person in the name of another, when that person can no longer perform it themselves. Founded on the teachings of the Sunnah concerning the Hajj, it allows, by Allah’s permission, its reward to be granted to the one for whom it is done.
Delegation is strictly framed: it holds in two situations only.
A parent, a grandparent, a spouse. The reward goes to them, and their name is spoken in Mecca before it is performed.
Incurable illness, great age, paralysis: an incapacity one does not recover from. A temporary obstacle does not allow a proxy.
An Omra is performed for one person and yields its own certificate. To offer a second, come back here once the first is in the cart.
Secure payment. You confirm in the cart.
Five stages, followed from your account. You are notified at each one.
An Omra performed in Mecca in the name of someone deceased or permanently unable, with a named video as proof.
A pilgrim living in Mecca, appointed by TreeDon, who knows the rules of Omra Badal and applies them in order. He performs one Omra per beneficiary: never a single one for several names.
Count 30 to 45 days after payment: the time to appoint the pilgrim, wait for a workable period in Mecca, then send you the video and the certificate.
Yes, but only if that person is permanently prevented from performing it themselves: incurable illness, great age, paralysis. A temporary obstacle does not allow a proxy — one should then wait to perform it oneself.
A video in which the pilgrim distinctly speaks the beneficiary’s first and last name before entering the state of consecration, photos of the performance, and a named PDF certificate available in your tracker.
Yes. Add the first to the cart, then come back to this page for the next: each Omra carries its own beneficiary, its own situation and its own certificate — they are never grouped.
An act they can no longer perform, performed for them.
